Blogspot is an online blogging platform offered by Google. It allows users to select a subdomain, for instance "example.blogspot.com." Besides text-based headers, users can also set up banner images as blog headers to make their blog posts more fascinating. Creating a character header for Blogspot is a simple task.
Instructions
- 1Click the "Start" menu and type "Paint" in the search bar. Press the "Enter" key to launch Paint on your computer.
- 2Click the "Pencil" or "Brush" icon and draw your character in the white drawing area of Paint. Be sure to pick suitable colors from the color palette while drawing the character.
- 3Save the character by pressing the "Ctrl" and "S" keys. Select the folder in which you want to save the image file.
- 4Open the Internet browser and navigate to the Blogspot website.
- 5Click the "Sign In" button and type your email address and account password to log in to Blogspot.
- 6Click the "Layout" tab, and then click "Page Elements."
- 7Click the "Edit" link next to the header section of the blog.
- 8Click the "Browse" button in the "Configure Header" window and navigate to the image file that you saved on your computer. Click the "Open" button.
- 9Specify the placement of the image from options, such as "Shrink to fit" and "Behind the title and description." Click the "Save" button to upload the image file. The character header will now appear on your Blogspot blog.
